Mission
The mission of eMPIRICA College of Computing and Business Communications Brčko is to conduct studies in accordance with the Bologna reform, following modern global standards and practices, legal regulations, and the academic framework, according to the highest European and global standards, based on principles of academism and high moral values, producing market-desirable young IT experts qualified to influence the development of technology and society, and to be an institution of high academic values and ethical criteria and a place for critical thinking and questioning.

The vision of eMPIRICA College of Computing and Business Communications is to differentiate itself in the region as a leading higher education institution that enables both traditional and distance learning in ICT and interdisciplinary fields, whose future graduates will, through their knowledge, skills, behavior, and abilities, be an example to other young people, desirable employees, and good reformers.
